Zutaten

1 kg chicken or 600 gr filet or sirloin of beef,
250 g grated coconut, roasted, finely ground
4 shallots, finely cut
4 red chilies, finely cut
1 TL ground black pepper
1 TL ground coriander
0,25 TL ground cumin
5 roasted candlenuts
0,25 TL ground nutmeg
a slice of fresh ginger, galangal and turmeric
1 TL salt or to taste
2 EL cooking oil for stir frying
5 cm cinnamon
4 dl water

Zubereitung

- Grind black pepper, coriander, cumin, candlenuts, nutmeg, ginger, galangal,turmeric and salt and stir fry until aromatic, then coat onto the chicken or meat.

- Stir fry the shallots and chilies in the remaining oil, dd grated ground coconut, cinnamon and add to the spice-coated chicken or meat.

- Finely, pour in water and continue cooking over low flame until chicken or meat is tender and done.
