Zubereitung
- Grind black pepper, coriander, cumin, candlenuts, nutmeg, ginger, galangal,turmeric and salt and stir fry until aromatic, then coat onto the chicken or meat.
- Stir fry the shallots and chilies in the remaining oil, dd grated ground coconut, cinnamon and add to the spice-coated chicken or meat.
- Finely, pour in water and continue cooking over low flame until chicken or meat is tender and done.
