Zutaten

1 chicken, cleaned, cut into portions
2 TL granulated sugar
1 TL milk
1 TL curry powder
100 g grated fresh ginger, pressed, sieved into ginger juice
4 TL salty soy sauce
1 TL ground white pepper
3 dl frying oil for frying
1 cucumber, peeled, sliced
1 red tomato, quartered

Zubereitung

- Mix granulated sugar, milk, curry powder, ginger, salty soy sauce and pepper into a suitable bowl and let stand for one hour and then let dry under the sun for 30 minutes.

- Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces for about 3 minutes, lower flame and continue frying until chicken is tender.

- Garnish with sliced cucumber and tomato or to your liking.
