Zubereitung
- Put duck / ayam in a ovenproof dish.
- Mix lime juice and salt.
- Add garlic to the lime juice, add sweet soy sauce and pour over the duck / ayam. Bake duck / ayam until tender and done making sure to continually baste with margarine or butter. Set aside.
SAUS - SOSSE:
- Boil onion, garlic, red chilies, ginger, salt and sugar. While boiling, add lime juice.
- Dilute corn flour and add to the sauce. Lower flame and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Finally put duck / ayam into the pot, lower flame and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes. Just before serving top with juillenned ginger.
